How old do I need to be to rent a car with Texas Rental Hub?
To rent a car with us, you must be at least 25 years old. However, please note that the minimum age may vary depending on your location and the type of vehicle you wish to rent. Additionally, drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Be sure to check the specific age requirements and policies in your booking area. You must be 21 or older to rental any home listed along with rental requirements set by company.
What documents do I need to rent a car/home?
To rent a car, you'll need the following documents:
A valid driver's license: You must have a valid driver's license issued in your name. International customers may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required by the country of rental.
A valid payment method: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in the renter's name. Debit cards are generally accepted, but some locations may have specific requirements.
Proof of identity: It's essential to provide a valid passport or government-issued ID as proof of your identity.
Reservation confirmation: Please bring a copy of your reservation confirmation, either printed or digitally, to expedite the pickup process.
Proof of Insurance: Either your own or provided by Texas Rental Hub (optional: fee is charged.)

All the above, in addition to a $50 Holding Fee at the time of booking (refunded at the end of stay. Permission to run criminal background check. (Please Note: homes listed are for temporary stays only... i.e. 1, 3, 6 months.)
Can I return the rental car to a different location from where I picked it up?
No, you must return the car to the same location from where you initially picked it up. Along with starting gas tank fill and key fob in provided car lockbox. A $35 fee will be assessed for gas lower than initiated. $150 assessed for missing or damaged key fob and $25 late fee every hour not returned for contracted return time. (30 min grace)
